- Obtain a job as a carpenter before or by July 1, 2017
- Enroll in Associates Degree Program part time while working as a carpenter by January 1, 2018
- Complete Associates Degree program to support my career goal of becoming a construction manager by May 30, 2022
- Obtain a job as a Construction Manager by October 1, 2022
